How do I create an account?
Tap Register, enter your mobile number and a password. Your account is ready instantly. See the registration guide.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the login page. If you cannot reset it, message support from another device and we will help you get back in.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person. Extra accounts are closed and their bonuses removed.
How do I close my account or take a break?
Message support and tell us how long you want the break to last. We lock the account and will not reopen it early. Read Responsible gaming.
How do I add money?
Open Add money, pick an amount from ₹500 and pay by UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or USDT. See Payments for all methods.
I paid but my balance did not change
UPI deposits usually arrive within a few minutes. If it has been longer, open support, choose Deposit and attach the transaction or your UTR number.
How does the deposit extra work?
Every approved deposit of ₹999 or more gets extra credit, up to 25%. It is added automatically. See Bonuses.
How do I withdraw?
Open Cash out, add a bank account, UPI ID or USDT address in your name, enter at least ₹2,000 and confirm.
How long does a cash-out take?
You can follow every request in Transactions. If a request takes longer than 24 hours, message support and include the request.
Why was my cash-out declined?
Usually because the payment details are not in your name or a check is needed. The money returns to your balance and support will tell you what to fix.
How do crash games work?
The multiplier rises from 1.00x until it crashes. Cash out before the crash to win your stake times the multiplier. Full details in the Betting rules.
A game froze during a round
Results are decided on our servers, so your bet is still settled. Reload the game and check My bets. If something looks wrong, message support with the bet details.
When do sports and live casino open?
