1General
- A bet is accepted once it shows in your bet list and the stake has left your balance. If the stake is not deducted, the bet was not placed.
- You can only bet with money that is in your wallet. Bets cannot be cancelled after the round has started, unless a game says otherwise.
- Stake limits are shown in each game. The usual range is ₹300 to ₹5,000 per bet.
- Results recorded by our servers are final. What you see on screen can lag behind on a slow connection.
2Crash games
Applies to Aviator, Air Jet, Astronaut, StarX, Crime Empire, Meta Crash and similar games.
- Every round starts at 1.00x and the multiplier rises until it crashes. The crash point is set before the round starts.
- A cash-out pays your stake times the multiplier at the moment our server receives it. If the round crashes first, the bet is lost.
- Auto cash-out is saved with your bet and runs on the server at the target you set.
- If you lose connection during a round without auto cash-out, the bet stays in play and is lost if the round crashes before you cash out.
3Lottery (WinGo and others)
- Betting closes a few seconds before each draw. Late bets are not accepted.
- Payouts follow the odds shown on the betting sheet when you placed the bet.
- Results for every period are listed in the game history.
4GD Originals
- Each round is settled instantly. The payout table in the game applies.
- If a round is interrupted, it is completed with the result already decided on the server, and the balance updates when you reload.
5Malfunctions and errors
A malfunction voids all affected bets and plays. If a clear technical or pricing error leads to a wrong result, we may correct the result or refund the stake.
6Unfair play
Using bots, scripts, several accounts, or exploiting bugs is not allowed. Bets placed this way can be voided and the account closed. Winnings from such bets are not paid.
7Sports betting
Sports rules for cricket, football, tennis and other markets will be published here when the sportsbook opens.
8Disputes
If you think a bet was settled wrongly, open Support within 7 days and include the bet details from My bets. We check the server log and reply with the result.
